Even after requesting a replacement, I received the item in damaged packaging, which looked like a previously used or returned product. There was no outer protective casing during shipping, which led to further wear and tear—especially due to rain exposure during delivery. For a toy priced over ₹1,000, this was quite disappointing.
On the positive side, the product itself is good (I ordered it from Flipkart and received a freshly packaged unit). However, don't expect it to work seamlessly with mobile phones. While it is usable, the experience on phones is not ideal. I would recommend using it with a tablet or iPad for a better user experience.
